We are looking for an experienced sales professional to work full time in driving residential and commercial PV/BESS/EVSE/V2X sales and closing deals in Dutchess-Ulster-Orange Rockland-Putnam-Westchester-Albany-Columbia-Greene-Delaware-Sullivan County New York.
The right candidate will have a hunter mentality, and will have demonstrated a passion for and successful track record in the renewable energy space. The right candidate will be well-rounded and have the ability to connect and establish rapport with any and all prospective clients, ranging from homeowners to corporate CEOs.
This candidate will have the potential to make a major impact in our business, and—if performance supports advancement will be expected to develop into a key leader on the Renua team—likely in a Sales Director role, with responsibility to develop and train other sales representatives.
Candidate must be an organized and self-motivated professional with B2C sales experience who is able to communicate Renua’s products and services (primarily PV/BESS/EVSE/V2X , but also Service Upgrades/Smart Panels/Load Management, Heat Pumps) effectively to potential customers.
The right candidate must be outgoing, professional, consultative, willing and able to generate leads through a variety of channels, meet with potential customers to cover the opportunity, benefits, and incentives.
The right candidate must be determined to overcome adversity, adapt to changing landscapes, able to close deals, and participate in the lifespan of the project through to station commissioning and installation completion.

Elevated base salary for 6 months to ramp up, plus generous commission on completed projects commensurate with experience and performance. Salary continues after six months at a reduced rate as commissions are expected to constitute a majority of compensation.
Candidate will have the ability to sell multiple solutions to any given customer, as Renua Energy is a comprehensive renewable energy solutions provider.
