Solar Panel Installer

Turn 2 Solar is actively hiring in the Salem, Oregon region. We are looking for a new Solar Installer whose main scope of work would be completing rooftop & ground mount solar installations for residential & commercial applications. We want hard working individuals who take pride in their craft. A well-rounded installer who has experience in roofing, solar, or general construction and is available for some overnight travel is the best fit for our company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proper Installation of all solar related racking components on both roof mounted and ground mounted applications.

- Flashing and roof penetration.

- Installation or anchor points and execution of proper safety measures related to working on rooftops

- Maintain the standards set by GRP for professional, detailed installations that adhere to and follow all necessary code requirements.

- Take responsibility for the accuracy of installations and daily tasks set by field supervisor

- Develop intimate knowledge of the materials and processes used in the installation of solar equipment.

- Perform all work in a neat and clean manor, with attention to detail and proper solar function in mind.

- Understand and adhere to all Code related requirements Core Requirements:

- Valid Oregon drivers license

- Comfortable working on roofs and using ladders Motivated work ethic with stamina for a physically demanding job

- Work well in a team environment

- Professional and timely

- Willing and able to travel for work

Additional Incentives:

-Bonus pay available after 90 consecutive days of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
