Solar Installation Crew Lead

Urban Design is looking for an experienced roof top solar installer that has a strong desire to perform at the highest level while providing customer service in a safe and ethical environment.

If you are a crew lead and have done work like upgrading main panels, installing standby generators, solar systems and back-up batteries, we want to hire you!

This is a full-time position with benefits! We service all of Chico, Paradise, Oroville, and surrounding areas, and are constantly expanding that coverage!

We're looking for someone that I don't have to babysit. I need to be able to throw a problem at them and have the confidence in them to handle the issues through and through. Since we do all kinds of home improvement upgrades like generators, solar and batteries, along with our residential service, I need them to be willing to stay up with current technologies and complete all trainings and certifications so that we stay on the bleeding edge of solutions to provide for our clients. I need them to take pride in their work and do things the right way not just the easiest way. I need them to look at projects in advance and work with our office and purchasing teams to ensure they have all the materials they need long before it comes time to complete the project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
