Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Solar Drafter to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Drafter, you will play a key role in the implementation of solar projects for our commercial clients. You will work closely with the Design Team to obtain information obtained during the sales process to effectively draft a full permit ready plan set.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the Design Team to gather project requirements and specifications.

· Work closely with Site Survey Technician and Electrical Feasibility Expert to correctly identify existing field equipment and expected tie in method.

· Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed solar system layouts and electrical designs.

· Prepare comprehensive project documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

· Provide technical support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in solar design and engineering.

Requirements:

· Strong understanding of electrical systems and photovoltaic technology.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, REVIT).

· Proficiency in Google/Microsoft workspaces (Excel/Google Sheets).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
