Position Summary:

The Crew Lead supervises residential system installations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety on the job. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:* Oversee entire installation project, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:* Stand, climb, kneel, and lift heavy objects

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS(Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.)

If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
