About the Role

Sagebrush Energy is seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Lead (Solar Foreman) to oversee residential solar installations across Northern Nevada. You’ll lead a small team of installers, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards, and serve as the on-site point of contact for project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a crew of 2–4 installers on residential rooftop solar PV installations.

- Ensure each installation meets design specs, code requirements, and Sagebrush Energy quality standards.

- Coordinate daily job site logistics, including materials, tools, and safety.

- Communicate clearly with Project Manager, homeowners, and inspectors.

- Troubleshoot issues on-site and escalate as needed.

- Conduct final walkthroughs, ensuring all punch list items are completed.

- Uphold a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of solar installation experience, with at least 1 year in a crew lead or foreman role.

- Strong understanding of residential solar installation (roof layout, racking, wire management).

- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
