We are seeking a skilled .NET/C# Programmer to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our auction platform.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented .NET/C# Programmer to design, develop, and maintain our auction platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET and C# development, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and streamline our auction processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient code for our auction platform.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high reliability for users.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance platform functionality.

- Ensure platform security by implementing best practices for data protection and user authentication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of professional experience in .NET and C# development.

- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like ASP.NET MVC or Blazor (preferred).

- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration with third-party systems.

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work with third party programmers

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the oil and gas industry or auction platforms is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit) and test-driven development.
