Software Business Analyst

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking a Software Business Analyst to work with other members of the Products business unit to deliver and support scalable high quality and high-performance software applications. You will engage with each step of the software development lifecycle with a focus on requirements gathering, implementation, acceptance testing, and customer support. Responsibilities include gathering requirements for software solutions and performing configuration and other tasks that ensure each solution aligns with the PSD product roadmap and customer needs.

As a Software Business Analyst you will:

This position reports to the Product Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD by communicating effectively and frequently with agile teams, product owners, client representatives, and clients. A high level of commitment and professionalism is essential, along with the ability to assess problem situations, gather and analyze relevant information, draw on past experiences, generate solutions, and make sound recommendations. The successful candidate will be a team player who is self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
