Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern with a passion for videography to join our marketing team. This internship focuses on producing engaging video content that highlights our people, projects, and company culture. You’ll get hands-on experience capturing, editing, and sharing stories that make solar energy relatable and exciting.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas that align with brand goals.

- Capture behind-the-scenes footage of field crews, installs, and company culture.

- Assist in scheduling, posting, and monitoring social media content.

- Maintain organization of digital media files and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

- Participate in creative meetings and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and storytelling.

What We’re Looking For:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.

- Strong skills in video creation, editing, and storytelling.

- Familiarity with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

- Passion for social media trends and staying up to date with new content formats.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- A self-starter with a creative eye and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content.

- Drone videography experience or an interest in learning.

- Knowledge of solar energy, sustainability, or construction industries.
