Job Title: Snow Plow Drivers & Equipment Operators (Part-Time / On-Call)

Position Summary:

We are seeking Snow Plow Drivers and Equipment Operators for part-time, on-call positions. Work is weather-dependent and shifts are only available during snow and ice events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to earn extra income during the winter months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate snow plow trucks, loaders, skid steers, and/or other snow removal equipment

- Clear snow and spread salt/de-icer on roads, parking lots, and walkways

- Respond quickly and reliably to on-call notifications during storms

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

- Prior experience operating snow removal equipment preferred (training available for the right candidate)

- Valid drivers license with clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Schedule:

- Part-time, on-call

- Shifts only during snow and ice storms (no guaranteed weekly hours)
