Skilled Laborer - Torch Cutting

A-Line is looking for a skilled torch cutter to join our team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working with heavy equipment to move and stage incoming transformers and electrical equipment.

What to Expect

- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and OT as needed - Starting at $19 + depending on experience

What You’ll Do

- Perform torch cutting and plasma cutting on incoming electrical units and materials.

- Safely operate a telehandler to move and stage heavy materials.

- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round.

- Follow all safety standards and procedures while working around heavy machinery.

- Assist team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven heavy equipment operating experience (telehandler, boom lift, crane, etc.)

- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)

- Ability to handle physically demanding, outdoor work in all weather

- Dependability and teamwork attitude
