Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and organized Showroom Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service and administrative support to walk-in customers. You’ll also assist with sales-related tasks as part of your responsibilities. We’re seeking someone who is skilled in office management, has strong organizational abilities, and can help ensure everything runs smoothly in the showroom. If you're a people person with great multitasking abilities and a knack for sales, we’d love to hear from you!
Duties
•Coordinate schedules and appointments to help clients and staff make the most of their time.
•Assist with cabinet and countertop design consultations, ensuring clients’ needs and preferences are understood and addressed.
•Support sales efforts by guiding customers through product options, answering questions, and providing excellent service to help them make informed decisions.
•Keep documents neatly organized and accessible, making it easy to find information whenever it’s needed.
•Leverage your computer skills to handle data entry, emails, and other office tasks with efficiency and care.
•Help keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.
•Communicate effectively with clients, responding to questions or concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
•Confidently use Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations to support the team.
Skills
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Comfortable using phone systems and familiar with general office management practices.
•Able to type quickly and accurately, ensuring high-quality documentation.
•Experienced with computerized systems for data entry and keeping records organized.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications like Docs, Sheets, and Drive
•Prior experience as a clerk or receptionist is a plus but not required—we value your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!

•Quickbooks or other accounting software
