Showroom Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Showroom Assistant, who is customer service oriented. Our Showroom Assistant is the First Face and Voice our clients will encounter, it is essential that our Showroom Assistant helps clients feel informed and well taken care of.

The ideal candidate would be friendly and comfortable greeting clients, answering & returning phone calls, working with clients and taking detailed job notes as we gather job information. Must be able to work independently when not assisting with team projects; be self-motivated, possess excellent customer service, communication skills, be detail-oriented, and organized.

This job will also require a knowledge of stone and countertops, which can all be taught to you on the job. Construction a plus but not required.

Prefer knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
