Location: Georgetown, TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Overview:

We’re hiring a Shop Worker to support daily glass production operations. The ideal candidate has experience in the glass industry, but we will consider anyone with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with loading and unloading glass and metal materials.

- Help prepare, clean, and prep products for delivery.

- Operate basic hand tools and follow shop safety protocols.

- Support production staff as needed in cutting, fabrication, and assembly.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

- Must be able to speak and understand English.

- Must pass a background check and drug screening.

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

- Reliable transportation and solid attendance record.

Experience:

- Preferred: Previous experience in glass or manufacturing environment.

- Pay: Based on experience; competitive starting pay for entry-level candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
