Purpose of Role: The Labourer will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for our employees and visitors. This role involves general housekeeping, routine maintenance, and general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- General Housekeeping: Help with maintaining a clean and organized shop by sweeping, picking up trash, and putting stuff away.

- Facility Inspections: Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

- Identify Improvements: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- High School diploma

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to write, read, and comprehend English at an intermediate level

Compensation: $21.00 per hour to start, performance based wage increase after 90 days.
