Job Summary:

We are seeking a General Helper who can assist with roof repairs, job site support, and hauling trailers as needed. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who wants to work outdoors, support a busy crew, and learn the roofing trade.

Responsibilities:

•

Assist crews with roofing repairs and general tasks.

•

Haul trailers to and from job sites as needed.

•

Load and unload materials and tools safely.

•

Maintain clean and organized job sites.

•

Perform supply runs and pick-ups as directed.

•

Assist in basic preparation and site setup.

•

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

•

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

•

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (REQUIRED).

•

Ability to haul trailers safely (experience preferred).

•

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

•

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

•

Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical labor.

•

Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

•

Prior construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required.
