Shipping Support Coordinator-1st shift

Job Details

Coordinates Shipping orders, assembles customer orders from stock and places order on a pallet, stretch wraps the order and marks material with identifying information and/or shipping labels.

- Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes proper labels.

- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.

- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases or other containers.

- Operates various material handling and packing equipment.

- Uses the computer to track information on product inventory shipped / received or moved within the plant.

- Assemble, process and ship customer orders.

- Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, trays and shelves by hand or with hand jack.

- Cleans work area and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

- High School education or equivalent

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Team Player
