Shipping & Receiving Process Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Specialist to manage our shipping and receiving operations according to our established systems and procedures. This role is ideal for methodical individuals who excel at following precise protocols and maintaining accurate documentation.
Core Responsibilities
•
Execute established procedures to process 50-150 small parcel shipments daily using our Starship system with 100% accuracy
•
Follow detailed documentation protocols for 10-20 LTL shipments daily, including precise labeling specifications for pallets
•
Maintain organized records of all shipping activities according to company standards
•
Apply systematic processes to schedule outbound pickups when required
•
Follow established communication protocols with carriers regarding pickup status
•
Execute standardized procedures for container unloading and loading
•
Process returns according to our detailed quality control guidelines
