TSC is currently hiring for a Shipping Clerk
Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm
( weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: $17/hr. / Weekly Pay
Key Requirements:
•
Must have prior accounts Shipping Clerk experience
•
Prior accounts payable/receivable experience is a plus
•
High school diploma or GED required
•
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is expected
•
Capable of accurately handling shipping information and efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
•
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, carriers, and internal teams; must also address shipping inquiries and concerns.
•
Responsible for preparing and maintaining shipping documents (e.g., packing slips, invoices, bills of lading) and inputting data into inventory systems
•
Must maintain accurate shipping records and schedule deliveries based on customer orders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish & English)
•
Experience and familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and international shipping procedures preferred.
•
Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
•
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to rapidly shifting priorities.
•
Reliable transportation for a 40-hour work week.
•
Ability to plan ahead and prepare packaging for last-minute orders.
•
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
•
Willingness to learn new ideas and skills.
•
Strong work ethic with a desire to work in a fun environment.
•
Availability to work occasional overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
