Prepare, ship and deliver orders to stations, receive resale products and raw materials into inventory, ensure proper documentation is prepared for all transactions and assist in the duties of day to day operations in the warehouse.
- Prepare and ship finished products to designated stations.
- Ensure all shipments are properly packaged and labeled.
- Identify and implement the most cost-effective delivery methods.
- Deliver products to company or customer work site locations in a timely manner.
- Assist with U.S. shipments as required.
- Assemble TCP product line and other assemblies as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor and update stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate company vehicles and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory, packing, and transfer slips.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity during deliveries and receiving.
- Update station transfers and maintain proper receiving documentation.
- Prepare weigh-bills, TDG forms, and packing slips.
- Coordinate Canadian market orders and U.S. inter-company shipments with production.
- Support daily operations across Sales and Warehouse departments, including on-call rotation.
- Cover responsibilities within the Sales department as needed.
- Perform Warehouse Managers’ duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Computer experience
- Wireline or oilfield backgrounds preferred.
- Forklift experience or training preferred
- Front End Loader experience or training preferred
- Must pass a Criminal Record Check
- Class 5 Drivers License required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized
- Ability to perform duties under minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible work hours
