Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Lead production operations to meet demand, quality, and cost targets.

- Ensure safety and environmental compliance across all activities.

- Assess risks and implement safety plans for people and equipment.

- Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize schedules.

- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

- Support customer visits and showcase manufacturing capabilities.

- Develop and motivate your team to achieve operational goals.

- Manage budgets and resolve cost-related challenges.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.

- 10+ years in manufacturing operations management.

- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training/certifications.

- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.

- Proven leadership and change management experience.

- Skilled in presenting complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
