- Obtain and maintain a clear understanding of and properly use/follow software, processes and procedures.
- Efficiently and productively stay ahead of the demand for parts and service with successful follow through.
- Working with customers, mechanics and shop foreman to help with any and all parts and service needs.
- Maintaining an orderly and accurate parts inventory under the direction of the parts manager
- Ordering and processing sales orders for parts with accuracy and timeliness
- Any other duties as assigned by the parts manager or general management.
- Professional personal appearance
- A consistent pro-active approach with all responsibilities, going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Knowledge of processes and procedures surrounding parts business
- People skills is a must with excellent communication skills.
- Driver’s License with clean MVR Report
- Proficient computer skills including e-mail, typing, ten key etc.
- Pre-employment drug test with negative test results
