About the Role:

Are you the go-to problem solver when the AC quits on the hottest day of the year or when the heat goes out in a snowstorm? We’re looking for an HVAC Service Technician who doesn’t just fix systems but makes homes feel like home. You’ll perform seasonal maintenance, run service calls, and help homeowners understand their HVAC needs—all while being the hero who keeps things comfy. Plus, you’ll get to join the on-call rotation (hello, hero hotline! ).

What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life):

- Prevention is key: Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance, cleaning air handling systems, replacing filters, belts, motors—you name it—to stop breakdowns before they happen.

- Be the HVAC whisperer: Diagnose issues, explain them to customers in a way that makes sense (no jargon here!), and offer solutions that keep things running smoothly.

- Fix it up: Repair or replace thermostats, compressors, fans, and ductwork. You’ll handle everything from refrigerant lines to smoke detectors (yep, we keep it safe too!).

- Stay organized: Complete all documentation in Service Titan, explain warranties, collect payments, and keep your truck and tools tidy.

- Educate & upsell: Share the benefits of our Service Plus Agreement and help non-members hop on board for extra perks.

- Stay sharp: Keep your skills fresh with training opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

What You Bring to the Table:

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC services (you’ve been there, done that).

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (we trust you with our wheels!).

- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for explaining technical stuff in a customer-friendly way.

- Positive attitude, team player, and someone who takes pride in their work.

Physical Stuff (We’ll Keep It Real):

- You’ll be on your feet, crawling in tight spaces, or climbing ladders—it’s an active job!

- Lifting up to 50 lbs is part of the gig.

- You might be exposed to some noise, heat, or cold—but that’s HVAC life!

- Safety is key—expect to rock safety gear when needed.

Schedule:

- Day Shift – Monday to Friday

- Weekends? Only when you’re on-call (because even HVAC systems need weekend TLC sometimes).

Pay Range: $25.00 – $36.00/hour (depending on your skills and experience) + Commissions + Overtime Pay
