As a Service Technician Level II, you’re not just fixing equipment—you’re solving problems, mentoring others, and ensuring that every pump and motor we service meets the highest standards of quality and performance. You’ll work on complex industrial machinery, lead by example, and help shape the future of our service team.
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble large industrial pumps and rotating equipment
- Perform DCI and assembly on 90% of equipment received, including submersible pumps, split-case pumps, vertical turbines, and TEFC motors
- Assist with complex repairs on multistage pumps, gearboxes, and specialty equipment
- Provide training and guidance to Level I technicians
- Operate tools and equipment such as welders, hydraulic pullers, grinders, forklifts, and overhead hoists
- Perform dynamic balancing and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records and reports of inspections and repairs
- Support field service work and live performance testing as needed
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste- High school diploma and 4+ years of industrial equipment experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and use precision measuring tools
- Forklift experience required; welding experience preferred
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8–10 hours
