Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot issues in the field, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications
•EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
•Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment.
•Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
•Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
•Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.
•Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
•Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility
•Experience in training and mentoring service technicians.
•Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.
•Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers.
•Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts.
•Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
•Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide effective solutions.
•Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or modifications.
•Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.
•Collaborate with team members to build efficient HVAC solutions for clients.
•Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Experience
•Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
•Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in design and installation of HVAC systems.
•Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boilers, and related equipment.
•Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
•Experience in field service operations is preferred.
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
