Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot issues in the field, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications

•

Valid driver’s license.

•

EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License

•

Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment.

•

Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.

•

Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.

•

Low Voltage License

•

Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.

•

Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers

•

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility

•

Experience in training and mentoring service technicians.

•

Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.

•

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and boilers.

•

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts.

•

Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

•

Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide effective solutions.

•

Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or modifications.

•

Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations.

•

Collaborate with team members to build efficient HVAC solutions for clients.

•

Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.

Experience

•

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in design and installation of HVAC systems.

•

Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boilers, and related equipment.

•

Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.

•

Experience in field service operations is preferred.

•

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
