Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician

M2 Mechanical is looking for an experienced HVACR Service Technician to join our team! We invest in our employees to grow together. We work to provide a culture of teamwork and are looking for hardworking, experienced and honest HVAC Technicians to join us.

We provide general HVAC maintenance, installation, repair, and service work for retail and commercial businesses. Some light refrigeration work.

Focus area is MA (including Boston), NH and Maine. You won't have to report to an office to get the van, our technicians are dispatched each day from their home. We pay you from the time you leave your home until you arrive back home at the end of the day, with a half hour lunch!!

Competitive starting pay, (pay based on experience/licensing). Opportunity for overtime and profit-sharing pay. Work may lead you into the other New England states.

General Requirements:

We are looking for professional, honest, goal orientated, customer service driven, motivated, reliable individuals with proven successful HVACR skills. Looking for at least 4 years relevant HVAC experience AND MUST possess a good mixture of certification and licenses (MA RT, NH and/or MA Gas Fitters licenses) and experience. Competitive starting pay, (pay based on experience/licensing). Opportunity for overtime and bonus program. Work may lead you into the other New England states. Paid after hours on call rotation required.
