In this role, you will:

- Adhered to health and safety programs and policies while supporting innovative campus recruitment initiatives both virtually and on-site at post-secondary institutions across Canada.

- Provide support for performance management and succession planning programs, offering technical assistance in the HRIS system, SuccessFactors.

- Answer system and process related questions from a diverse audience.

- Closely partner with HRIS to support reporting capabilities, test system enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.

- Help develop visual and written communication materials for performance management and succession planning programs.

- Help to track and develop metrics for measuring effectiveness of Talent Management programs.

- Assist with data preparation and validation to support system separation.

- Maintain and organize electronic filing system archival of all talent materials.

- Provide additional Talent Management Project support on key 2025 initiatives.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Human Resources

- A valid Class 5 Driver's License or extra-provincial equivalent, without learner's restrictions is preferred

- Motivated self-starter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism

- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Access)

- Experience with HR programs/software would be an asset

- Proficient in working with large data sets and skilled in tracking and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed.
