Who you are:
•Must be enrolled in a co-op (or internship) program at a recognized Canadian university.
•Have Excellent computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely, using appropriate technical vocabulary.

What you get to do:
•Assist the lifecycle of user identities across systems and applications, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes based on role or business need.
•Support with user password reset and authentication-related issues, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) configurations.
•Monitor the Identity and Access Management (IAM) queue and respond to IAM-related service tickets or incidents.
•Support access review cycles, working with business units to validate appropriate user access based on role and function.
•Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documents for IAM processes.
•Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing IAM projects.
Qualifications:
•Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
•Strong interest and aptitude in cybersecurity and IT.
•Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, support staff, vendors, and service providers.
•Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues in complex mission-critical environments.
•Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
•Strong personal initiative, ability to deliver high-quality results, and a desire for continuous improvement.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
