- Take the lead on technical design across water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

- Developing detailed designs, calculations, and models for water/wastewater systems.
- Conducting hydraulic and hydrologic modeling (InfoWater, SWMM, HEC-RAS, etc.).
- Preparing technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensuring compliance with NJDEP, federal, and municipal regulations.
- Supporting project managers with scoping, proposals, and client deliverables.
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development.
- Active PE license in NJ (required).
- 5–10 years of technical design experience in water/wastewater or water resources.
- Proficiency in treatment processes, distribution/conveyance systems, and stormwater design.
- Familiarity with hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools and CAD/design software.
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Salary: $115,000–$135,000 DOE — competitive for NJ mid-senior engineers.
