Oversee all aspects of on-location and studio production including lighting, framing, blocking, performance coaching, and overall visual storytelling.
Serve as a client-facing creative partner, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and building relationships that lead to impactful visual storytelling partnerships.
Collaborate with producers and crew to develop production plans, location logistics, schedules, and resourcing that match the project’s creative vision.
Provide clear direction to editors, animators, and post-production teams to ensure final deliverables are polished, emotionally resonant, and visually aligned.
Ensure all video content supports SRP’s brand standards, safety protocols, and historical and operational context (e.g., water and power delivery systems).
Participate in creative reviews, contributing to a culture of constructive critique, mentorship, and creative excellence.
