The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $94,490 to $118,113.

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to various audiences. They will play a key role in the mentoring of new trainers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Additionally, the Senior Technical Trainer will coordinate daily training activities, manage training schedules, and ensure that all training objectives are met in a timely and effective manner. They are responsible for creating comprehensive training programs tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring that course content is up-to-date and relevant. This includes the effective management of the Learning Management System to ensure all courses are scheduled and completed in a timely manner to ensure efficacy of tracking employee competencies and qualifications. The Sr. Technical Trainer collaborates closely with leadership to ensure alignment of programs to departmental and Company goals.

Responsibilities:* Design and implement technical training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.

Required Qualifications:* Minimum years of experience: 5+ years’ experience in a relevant technical trade.

Skills/Abilities:* Completed apprentice program or other relevant trade qualifications.
