Job Purpose

The Senior Supervisor, Metering Worker provides front-line leadership for field operations within Electric Maintenance and Construction in UNY. This role involves direct supervision of represented personnel, fostering a safety-focused work culture while driving business results. Key responsibilities include:

Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required

Qualifications

+ Associate’s Degree with five years of relevant experience; or minimum of seven years of experience in metering, power quality, voltage regulation, or a similar technical field. + Ability to work off-hours, participate in on-call rotations, and respond to 24/7 storm/outage situations, which may require travel outside the Division. + Qualify for the Authorized Persons List to manage and initiate switching applications.

Salary: $107,000 - $126,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
