Develop and maintain a close and highly responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities of supported Managers and their respective staffs. Provide a variety of administrative and secretarial duties in support of the Managers and their staff. Provide administrative support for Corporate project tracking, approval processes, and the release of capital construction projects. Support Department/Corporate projects with a minimum of detailed guidance. Assist in developing and coordinating department budgets and provide monthly summary reports to Managers including variances, projections, and insight to future budget needs. Handle confidential information with discretion and operate with latitude for independent judgement and initiative. Provide procedural guidance to departmental teams to ensure compliance with corporate procedures. Analyze office processes and procedures to develop and improve overall effectiveness.
Required Qualifications Education:
High school or GED.
Experience:
Four years secretarial (with administrative duties). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Outlook, Adobe PDF's, Windows operating system. Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills.
Equivalent Experience:
Associates degree in Business Administration (or related majors) plus 2 years of experience in administrative capacity

Specialized Skills (e.g., typing, computers, software, tools and equipment uses, etc.):
InfoPath; SharePoint; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe PDF's, Windows operating system, and virtual meeting software (WebEx, MS TEAMS, etc); Good communication skills (both verbal and written); Good interpersonal skills.
