The primary responsibility of the Senior Solar Sales Consultant is to close residential solar deals with homeowners. Leads and appointments may be provided by company.

The applicant must be able to close deals in at least one of the following states and have the applicable licenses to do so - CA, TX, FL MA, NH, NJ, PR, RI, UT. Appointments

Duties

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets

- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients

- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the products/services offered

- Assess customer needs and provide customized solar solutions

- Previous experience in solar sales is a must (6 months)

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport

- Knowledge of solar energy systems, products, and industry trends

- Salesforce software experience is a plus

- Bilingual/multilingual proficiency is a plus

Compensation

One of the best commission structures in the industry. Average Senior Solar Consultants earn $100,000-$200,000 with top reps earning over $500,000. Top Solar Consultants with excellent leadership skills who take on a large team of Jr Solar Consultants earn over $1 million per year.
