Position Summary

As a Reliability Systems Engineer you would provide vital mission assurance support for Maritime underseas programs in engineering development as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) phases, under the direction of the Lead RMA Systems Engineer and the Program Manager. The RMA Systems Engineer will be required to interact with other OTECH personnel and the client to guide engineering efforts to meet the client’s RMA requirements. The RMA (Reliability, Maintainability, Availability) Systems Engineer will provide guidance to engineering design efforts through the development of RMA modelling, block diagrams and statistical methods, and guide the supply support activities with RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Actions) analysis.

REQUIRED:

+ Contributing to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation, including system engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface control documents. + Developing system requirements and derived requirements. assisting with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of MS365 products, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, MathCad or other statistical packages.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.

Annualized pay rate for this position is $80,750.00 to $109,250.00.
