Summary
Responsible for the direction, management, coordination and implementation of regulatory matters and related activities for Oncor Energy Efficiency. This includes: (1) review, analysis, and communication (internally & externally) of regulatory issues; (2) management of regulatory projects to ensure successful resolution and (3) development, management and promotion to complement Company objectives and satisfy regulatory requirements.
This is a hybrid position that will be in the office at least 3 days a week based out of our Downtown Dallas Office.
Key Roles & Responsibilities•Speaks on behalf of the Company, providing expert testimony on regulatory and energy efficiency issues.
•Participation in regulatory/legislative proceedings, including the development of Company position and strategy, through formal comments and expert testimony; includes interaction and negotiation with counsel, regulatory staff of affected agencies, other utilities, and/or other interested parties.
•Responsibilities for the provision of overall management for regulatory proceedings before the PUCT, including oversight and management for the development of required deliverables (particular task requirements, testimony, schedules, exhibits, and other information of Company/external witnesses, attorneys, experts) from project inception through successful completion.
•Participation in regulatory/legislative proceedings, including the development of Company position and strategy, through formal comments and expert testimony; includes interaction and negotiation with counsel, regulatory staff of affected agencies, other utilities, and/or other interested parties.
•Provide expert consultation related to regulatory matters and requirements, various laws, rulemakings, and proceedings, to internal and external clients and stakeholders; includes the provision of the services and expertise for a diverse array of issues necessary for the development and advocacy of sound regulatory strategies.
•Manage a team of senior analysts with the appropriate experience and skills to effectively carry out the implementation of regulatory matters to satisfy requirements and complement Company objectives.
•Direction, review and participation in development of Company policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory directives, including assembly of necessary teams and data to manage and complete reporting activities while ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of requirements.
•Establish and oversee systems to ensure all required information is timely filed with regulatory authorities.
•Establish and oversee systems to ensure Company records and legal materials are readily accessible, accurate and retrievable and complies with record retention policies and procedures.
•Ensure compliance of Company policies, procedures, and practices with state and federal rules and regulations.
•Lead the development and filing of the annual EECRF rate case, and the Energy Efficiency Plan and Report.
•Coordination and management of energy efficiency information with the Texas State Evaluator, and resolution of findings.

Education And Experience
•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
•Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or engineering is encouraged to apply.
•10 plus years of regulated utility experience is required.
