The Senior Energy Efficiency Analyst is responsible for analytics covering program implementation, cost effectiveness, and long-term planning of Ameren Missouri’s energy efficiency and demand response programs, including integrating data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Engineering, Business, Statistics, or Computer Science background preferred. Five or more years of relevant experience required. (e.g. energy efficiency, data/statistical analysis, engineering, business, marketing, managing data analytics/business analytics projects, etc.).
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university required. Eight or more years of relevant experience required (e.g. energy efficiency, data/statistical analysis, engineering, business, marketing, managing data analytics/business analytics projects, etc.). Data analytics, business analytics or quantitative analysis experience is required.

Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
