Are you a Quality Engineer with a passion for electronic products? Badger Meter is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer (Site) at our Milwaukee facility. In this role you'll lead quality initiatives that shape the future of our innovative technology and the performance of our globally renowned products.

In this role, you won’t just enforce standards—you’ll influence how our products are built, tested, and launched by providing technical direction on quality across processes, services, and electronic components. You’ll work extensively with PCBA, cable assemblies, and IPC standards, helping ensure every product meets the highest expectations.

Whether you're coaching teams, collaborating on New Product Development, or strengthening our audit and compliance processes, your work will directly support our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. We're looking for someone who thrives in cross-functional, fast-moving environments, and enjoys collaborating with others.
