The Senior Software Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting leading quality and control function efforts for software acquisition and development across the entire engineering organization. In collaboration with the hiring manager, facilitate a cross functional team to revise the software procedure package for Design and Analysis software, aligning with regulatory requirements and the GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) quality program, while supporting the ability to automate and scale. Has the vision to facilitate work alignment across multiple disciplines to accomplish software control function tasks in an efficient and timely manner. This position works independently and is seen as a subject matter expert. The position is also responsible for supporting the team’s ability to scale in alignment with the Nuclear projected sales roadmap, focusing on Lean values and principles.
The base pay range for this position is $112,000 to $160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Thursday, July 17th.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
