We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solar Project Coordinator to join our expanding team. The Senior Project Coordinator is an organized, proactive, and people-oriented individual with industry knowledge. This candidate will go above and behind to accomplish tasks, and enhance efficiency, and enhance our customer journey with speed. Solar industry experience is a must.

Core Responsibilities:

● Keep projects on track by updating statuses and processing documents while adhering to the project timeline.

● Communicate with customers and sales representatives throughout the entire project lifecycle—you're their go-to guide!

● Submit and manage interconnection applications with utility providers.

● Help process material orders and track project milestones.

● Keep detailed notes in our CRM and ensure timely updates.

● Support the Project Manager and the wider operations team wherever needed.

Must-Haves:

● Experience in the solar industry or knowledge of solar PV systems.

● Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

● Strong communication skills.

● Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.

● Friendly, clear communicator (written and verbal).

● Tech-savvy, quick to learn new software tools.

● Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style work culture.

● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

● A sense of urgency and ownership in everything you do.
