Job Duties

+ Provide direction to ensure timely completion of regulatory documentation and submissions + Serve as the escalation point for complex chemical compliance issues + Oversee chemical registrations, notifications, and pre-manufacture submissions under TSCA, REACH, and other country-specific regimes + Ensure SDSs and labels are compliant with GHS and regional adaptations (e.g., OSHA HCS, WHMIS, EU CLP) + Collaborate with HSE, R&D, supply chain, commercial, and legal departments to ensure regulatory alignment + Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding product compliance and regulatory status + Track and interpret emerging chemical regulations relevant to business operations + Lead regulatory document control and review processes for SDSs, product labels, and transportation classifications + Maintain and improve compliance tools and systems + Develop and deliver training programs on chemical compliance and hazard communication for internal stakeholders
