The Senior Production Engineer bridges the gap between the Mining Operations and Technical Services teams. This role mentors and coaches Planners in drill/blast planning, development planning, and short- term scheduling. The primary responsibility is to ensure that plans created by the Technical Services team are operationally viable and align with the company's objectives. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee the translation of these plans into actionable short-term plans, monitor plan compliance, identify deviations, and devise strategies for mitigation.
