The Senior Product Manager – Asset Management Solutions

is responsible for defining, managing, and advancing the strategic asset management and integrations roadmap for Regal Rexnord’s Connected Solutions portfolio. This position will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales across Regal Rexnord to drive short- and long-term strategies around asset management capabilities, field services, mobile experience, and platform integration strategies across software, sensor, and hardware systems.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to define and present 3-5 year integration and asset management growth strategies to Senior Leadership while effectively managing cross-functional, global development teams. This individual contributor role requires strong leadership and a collaborative mindset to identify emerging integration opportunities, build compelling business cases, define clear technical and user requirements, and drive end-to-end execution of unified architecture initiatives. This position also partners with Corporate Marketing to develop compelling messaging around platform capabilities and product differentiation.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of software integration and digitally enabled platforms. A strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to influence across diverse technical and commercial stakeholders are critical. This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI.
