Purpose of Role:

Seeking an individual with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and pushing the boundaries of engineering design as part of our slurry pump team. As a key contributor to our product’s growth, you’ll refine mechanical design, drive product innovations, and develop new methods to enhance performance. Beyond core engineering, you’ll shape projects and foster team development in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive innovative, safe and sustainable product design.

Develop products and processes to support the execution of commercial strategies as part of the design team.

Mentor, train and or coach colleagues.

Identify and ensure compliance to applicable standards, specifications and regulations.

Review of design, structural integrity and manufacturability of products

Generate 3D models and manufacturing drawings as required.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- 10+ years progressive product design experience

- Heavy industry experience is preferred

- Engineering Degree is required

- Creative aptitude in the product design field is required.
