🔥 Essential Skills We Need:

Must-Have Technical Foundation:

- 7+ years production engineering in tight gas/unconventional plays

- Advanced artificial lift optimization (plunger lift, rod pump systems)

- Proficiency in nodal analysis tools (Prosper, SNAP, Perform)

- Advanced Excel/SQL + data visualization (Spotfire, Power BI)

Digital Innovation Mindset:

- Automation implementation and process optimization

- Data analytics for production surveillance and troubleshooting

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Cross-functional team leadership (operations, reservoir, completions)

- Project management with measurable LOE reduction results

- Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting

- CCUS experience

- Carbon capture and storage project involvement

- Texas operations background (Barnett Shale/unconventional gas)

- Professional Engineer (PE) license
