We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Process Engineer supporting corporate engineering projects at our Corporate Engineering office located in Pasadena, TX .

Essential Job Duties:

+ Leading the Front End Loading Activities

- technology evaluation and selection,

- preliminary design through detailed scope development,

- developing heat and material balances,

- preparing PFD's,

- preparing P&ID's,

- preparing equipment and instrument datasheets,

- preparing system package specification, and

- preparing control narratives.

+ Direct and Supervise work and performance of contracted engineering firms' process engineering discipline to ensure accuracy. + Participating in PHA's. + Developing operating procedures. + Providing training to engineers and operator technicians. + Provide construction support and participate in PSSR's, commissioning and start-up. + Provide expertise in technology and chemical processing knowledge. + Review, improve and update corporate commandments, guidelines, specifications and best practices. + Provide support to manufacturing sites assisting with troubleshooting process issues based on experience and expertise.
