We’re seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior OT/ICS Cybersecurity Lead to spearhead the growth of our Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity practice in Ontario. This is a seller-doer role, ideal for a professional who thrives on both developing new business and delivering high-quality consulting services. Market development and client engagement•Lead business development efforts to grow our OT cybersecurity consulting services across Ontario
•Identify, pursue and secure new opportunities with clients in the power, mining, oil and gas, and industrial sectors
•Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on OT cybersecurity matters
•Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and client meetings to promote our capabilities
•Work with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work and pricing strategies
Technical leadership and project delivery
•Lead and execute OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses and compliance audits (e.g., NERC CIP, NIST CSF, IEC 62443)
•Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA and other OT environments
•Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance, architecture and incident response planning
•Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure and capital projects

Summary of certifications and job requirements
•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or a related field; an MBA degree is preferred
•Over 7 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, with a strong background in consulting and client delivery
•Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in industrial or infrastructure sectors
•Deep understanding of OT systems, protocols and cybersecurity frameworks
•Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM or IEC 62443 are highly desirable
•Strong communication, presentation and proposal-writing skills
•In-depth knowledge of the Ontario industrial and infrastructure market
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Willingness to travel as needed
