SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking FP&A lead or senior analyst to join
our team. This role will support Renewal by Andersen’s company-owned retail business—an
innovative, growing, and complex retail segment within Andersen. The primary
responsibilities will include developing, interpreting, and applying advanced financial
concepts or techniques to help drive the business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Serve as a trusted financial partner, collaborating with business leaders on financial analysis, budgeting, projections, period-end close/reporting, capacity planning, and project support—ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
•Provide full P&L support of company owned retail businesses, including period end close and reporting responsibilities.
•Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial impact of retail initiatives and projects.
•Lead complex financial analyses, delivering actionable insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
•Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and implement process improvements across the organization.
•Build strong business and finance relationships by understanding the evolving needs of stakeholders and adapting financial strategies accordingly
•Leverage financial systems and tools to streamline reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes. Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align financial plans with business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other related area with 5-7 year of applicable experience, accounting knowledge required
•Skilled in financial modeling and data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
•Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
•Ability to build relationships and trust with skills in leading, mentoring, and collaborating.
•Strong diligence for data accuracy.
•Curious and self-driven personality that takes initiative to understand the business, often dealing with ambiguity and executing in a fast-paced organization.
•Must possess a learning and improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful
candidates in this role are expected to earn $90,000-$120,000.
