The Senior Measurement Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of measurement data related to volume and energy quantities. This position is responsible for analyzing, processing, and validating complex data sets, while leading efforts to identify and resolve discrepancies through close collaboration with measurement technicians, accounting teams, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Measurement Analyst may provide mentorship, training, and performance oversight to analysts.
- Analyzes, processes, and edits data used in the determination of measurement volume and energy quantities.
- Leads efforts with measurement technician/accounting/stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Tracks, troubleshoots, resolves, and communicates system balances to stakeholders.
- Provides guidance and direction on reporting systems and data sources.
- Maintains and analyzes queries, databases, and spreadsheets to provide accurate measurement data.
- Trains and monitors the performance of measurement analysts.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma (or GED).
- Minimum of eight (8) years of direct measurement analyst experience.
- Advanced knowledge/experience in Flowcal and TestIt.
- Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel.
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- PowerBI and/or Spotfire experience.
- SQL query knowledge.
- Python coding or other relevant programming language.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
