Senior Manager, Technical Accounting - US GAAP

Work Structure:

This will can be based onsite at our Waukesha, WI or Houston, TX office in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of onsite & remote workdays.

Your Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the transition from IFRS to US GAAP, including policy development and implementation.

- Analyze and adjust existing IFRS processes.

- Deliver internal training and communication on US GAAP.

- Continuously assess and improve group accounting policies for US GAAP compliance.

- Monitor, interpret, and implement new accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842).

- Prepare and review SEC-compliant financial statements (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors on technical accounting matters.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline; Advanced Degree & CPA License (active or inactive) preferred.

- Must have proper US work authorization.

- 10+ years of related accounting experience ideally in a similar industry; Big 4 consulting experience preferred.

- Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.

- Experience in publicly listed companies and SOX compliance.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented work style.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
